Can I pair your services with offers from other companies?

If you make an account private while the fulfillment process is still going on, we will pause the delivery of your order. To restart delivery all you have to do is make the account public again and contact customer support so they can resume fulfilling your request.

Can I order services for a private account?

No. We can only provide services to public accounts because we don’t need login credentials. We have no access to private accounts and may not deliver purchased services to them. When you’ve finished your order, you may make your account private, which will not affect the services you received.

Can I change my order after I purchase it?

You cannot change your delivery services after an order is processed. The fulfillment process usually starts 2-5 minutes after payment goes through.

Why is my bank statement showing foreign currency for the transaction?

What is a refill and what is a refund?
